The JIC hose fittings are fittings that can be pressed onto a umbilical hose. This make for a low pressure (max 20 bar) connection. The fittings are made from phosphor bronze and can swivel. The JIC4 is meant for a 1/4” hose (Pneumo) and the JIC6 for a 3/8 ” hose (Diver air). The fittings are specifically made for umbilical hoses as these have a bigger outside diameter than standard hoses. The set consists of both the spigot and the ferrule.
