Hermaphroditic

Hermaphroditic connectors are connectors that do not have a designated male or female variant. Instead, each connector has pins and sockets, and each connector can be used in combination with the exact same connector. Novasub offers the 4-pin HI-USE connector from OTS, mainly used for diver communications. Each contact is rated up to 8 amperes at 300 volts. The connector is only available as an inline variant.
