The THALLASA-R2 is a 19-inch aluminium case that can be mounted in standard 19-inch racks. It contains the DVR3, a proprietary NOVASUB software used for recording video and audio that supports up to 4 channels. The case has connectors on the back and the front. The THALLASA-R2 also support analog full HD inputs, this is best combined with the KRATOS-R2 to be able to use Full HD cameras on your exciting cablesa and umbilical. This unit is best combined with other NOVASUB rack units. The system can be expanded with the Rackmount monitor, a 15.6” touchscreen monitor that can be used in daylight. Two monitors can be connected to the system.
THALLASA-R2 is configured with:
NOVASUB HD: An innovative hardware solution for transmitting Full HD video with 4x more pixels via existing cables and umbilicals, using analog signals from AHD and TVI cameras, supporting cable lengths up to 300m for quality twisted pairs and 250m for coax cables.
NOVASUB DVR3: The 3rd generation video recording software developed by Seascape Subsea. The software is completely redesigned from the ground up to accommodate better ease of use, new features and a better image quality.
